southern
boundary
is
formed
by
the
Salmon
River,
Idaho’s
famed
“River
of
No
Return.”
In
fact,
much
of
the
subdivision
acreage
is
located
within
the
National
Wild
&
Scenic
Rivers
System.
Also
you
may
find
remnants
of
mining
activities
and
homesteading
that
are
still
evident
in
the
area.
Summertime
can
find
you
viewing
rafters
enjoying
the
quieter
river
sections
or
blasting
through
whitewater.
There
are
numerous
riverfront
places
to
camp
year
round.
Fall
can
find
anglers
boating
the
river
for
steelhead
or
trying
their
luck
bank
fishing
for
this
elusive
trout.
Hunters
are
scouring
the
colorful
hillsides
looking
for
game.
Wintertime
is a
peacefully
serene
time
with
a
nice
layer
of
untracked
snow
covering
the
countryside
to
the
banks
of
the
frozen-over
river.
Springtime
finds
the
canyon
turning
green
with
lots
of
wildlife
grazing
on
fresh
grasses
before
they
make
their
way
up
the
mountains
to
their
summer
range.
And
a
lush
variety
of
flowering
shrubs
and
colorful
wildflowers
are
blooming
on
the
south
facing
mountainsides.
This
is
truly
a
spectacular
place
to
live!!!
